1) General - These terms and conditions are applicable to the supply of products made by the seller, hereafter referred to as Line-One-Sunglasses.com, to the buyer, hereafter referred to as the customer.
2) Prices - All prices are in British Sterling and are inclusive of VAT ( if applicable ) unless otherwise specified.
Customers buying from and having goods delivered outside the European Community do not pay the VAT, but are responsible for all their local taxes and import duties.
3) Payment - Payment can be made in British Sterling, Euro's or US Dollars only and by one of the following payment methods :-
Major Credit/Debit Cards - online through - Paypal.com or Nochex.com
Sterling Cheques - Made payable to Line-One.co.uk.
Sterling Postal Orders.
Cash - GBP, Euro and US $ - registered post only.

4) Delivery - Delivery will be made after clearance of payment, the duration will depend on which payment method the customer uses.
Upon payment clearance and stock availability, goods will be despatched the next working day.
5) Shipping - All orders are delivered using either Royal Mail, Recordered Delivery, Standard Parcel, Parcelforce Delivery or Airmail service.
Express Delivery is an option at extra cost.
6) Passing of Property - Line-One-Sunglasses.com shall retain the property of the goods until full payment has been received and cleared.
7) Passing of Risk - The risk of the goods shall pass to the customer upon despatch from the premises of Line-One-Sunglasses.com
In the event of an order being lost or damaged in transit, Line-One-Sunglasses.com bears no risk once the goods have left their premises. In the event of loss or damage Line-One-Sunglasses.com will on the customers behalf forward a claim to the carrier.
Where the goods are signed for, the customer bears the risk once the goods are signed for. If a customer believes that a parcel has been tampered with, it is the customers responsability to refuse to sign for the goods.
8) Acceptance - The customer shall inspect the goods upon receipt and shall be deamed to have accepted the goods unless within 7 days after receipt the customer shall have notified Line-One-Sunglasses.com in writing that the goods are reject.(This does not affect the customers statutary rights)
If no such action has been taken, Line-One-Sunglasses.com shall consider the products as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose, and may not accept any reject at a later date.
9) Return Procedure - In the case of damaged goods, the customer , within 7 days of receipt must return, to our address, the Delivery Note with the goods and all of the packaging materials.
In the case of cancellation, the customer, within 7 days of receipt must return to our address, the Delivery note with the goods and all the packaging materials in an unopened state. Any damage or opened product will not be eligable for a refund/exchange.It is advisable to obtain a certificate of posting from your post office as proof of posting.
10) Stock - Line-One-Sunglasses.com holds many of its products in stock and in which case goods will be despatched Next Working day after clearance of payment.
Where products are not available at time of order, the customer will be emailed with the expected delivery date from the supplier/manufacturer. Line-One-Sunglasses.com cannot be held resposible for delays in the delivery caused by any third party.
11) Law - These terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with English Law.
12) Copyright - All images and logo's are the property of their respective owners, Line-One-Sunglasses.com cannot be held responsible or liable for any misuse conducted by the customer or any third party.
All logo's and trademarks shown on www.line-one-sunglasses.com are the property of their registered owners and must not be copied without their prior written permission.
13) Force Majeure - Line-One-Sunglasses.com will not be under any liability whatsoever in the event of delay in delivery or supply of the goods.
14) Product Description - Line-One-Sunglasses.com has attempted to be as accurate as possible, however, Line-One-Sunglasses.com does not warrant that product description or specification of the site is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free. Manufacturers reserve the right to alter specification without prior notice.
